The driver's phone runs the route: item-by-item confirmation, photos and an on-glass signature captured as evidence, short or surplus auto-detected, returns started with a scan, cash or checks collected against the invoice. Delivered flips the whole chain — order, load, bill of lading — and the office reconciles door payments into the ledger, dated to when money changed hands.

Pickers claim orders from a shared queue and scan pallets and lots as they pick — verified quantities, substitutions flagged to the sales desk without touching the order. Stocking prints barcode pallet labels from the phone, so every lot lands with a location, expiration, and count that stays true.

Trucks check in at the gate against their purchase order; pallets are inspected at the dock, with photos, before anything becomes stock. Approved lots carry cost, expiration, and origin — FIFO keeps the oldest moving first, and one-up, one-back traceability is built into the core.

Invoice straight from the order — or a price-suppressed passing — record full or partial payments with proof attached, and watch receivables age in real time: total outstanding, collection rate, days to pay. It feeds your accountant clean, complete numbers; it doesn't replace them or QuickBooks.
