Vona matches the orders you type or paste in to your catalog and prices them. Nothing to paste? Build the order live from what's in stock, freshness and margin in view.
Pick & load
Pickers scan the pallet they take, and Vona checks it's the right product. Substitutions and shortages are flagged to the sales desk in a tap. Load planning then builds the truck, split or merged to fit.
Delivery
The driver's phone runs the stop: every item accounted for, full, short or returned, with photos and an on-glass signature captured as proof. The office sees progress without calling the driver — and disputes settle with a timestamped photo, not an argument.
Returns & billing
Returns come back as their own labeled lot, ready to price and resell once they're inspected. Invoices generate from what shipped, and payments and credits apply against them.
