Each line anchors to the oldest lot's true landed cost, so a live margin shows as you price. Anything at or below cost is flagged for a typed reason before it books. No text to paste? The build screen takes over: a visual catalog with photo-style cards, variants by origin and count, and the customer's usual items one tap away, while the buyer is still on the phone.

02 · The lifecycle

Draft to delivered, nothing unchecked.

Every order moves draft, confirmed, picking, picked, loading, shipped, delivered, with the full history kept. Confirmed orders are reviewed and released to the pick queue, so nothing ships unchecked. One customer with many stores carries the right ship-to automatically, and every order links back to the purchase order its cost came from, so the margin you quoted is the margin you can prove.

03 · Returns

A return is back in stock the same day.

File a return against the original order, and Vona suggests the credit, capped at the line's value. Approved returns restock as tracked return lots with their own cost basis, so a salesperson can sell them the same day with margin still tracked. The credit, the reason, and the restock are all on the record.
