02 · Paid & credited

A check, a credit, reconciled to zero.

Payments and credits apply against the invoice, each with proof and a reason. A check and a credit note from an approved return settle this one to a zero balance, and the credit ties back to the return it came from. Every application is on the record and reversible, so the number is one you can defend.

03 · Pay the grower

Pay the grower, with the proof attached.

Record what you pay each supplier against the purchase order: the amount, the method, the reference, and the wire or check confirmation attached as proof. A payment can be voided if it was wrong, so the trail stays honest, and paid, partial, or unpaid is always current.

04 · What you owe

What you owe each grower, on demand.

One view rolls up what is still owed, per supplier, across every open purchase order. Pick a date range and download a statement, voids included, without waiting on anyone. What you owe is never a guess.
