Delivery

Drivers see today's load on a phone, capture an on-glass signature and the reefer temperature at the door, photograph a damaged line, and the return files itself for the office. No printed manifest, no paperwork lost on the truck.
01 · The load
Today's stops, on the driver's phone.
A driver opens the app to today's load: every stop, every order, the cases and items due. No printed manifest to lose, no calling in for the next address. Progress ticks as each stop is completed, so the office sees the run without a phone call.
Replaces: a printed manifest · calling the office for the next stop

02 · Proof at the door
Signed, and the temperature too.
At the door, the receiver signs on the glass, the reefer temperature is captured, and their name goes on the record. Every drop is confirmed item by item, so what was accepted and what was not is settled right there, not argued a week later.
Replaces: a paper delivery ticket · “it showed up warm” with nothing to check

03 · The dispute
A damaged line, photographed and filed.
When a line arrives damaged, the driver marks it, notes the reason, and attaches a photo at the door. A return request files itself for the office to review, so the credit is settled from evidence, not memory. Nothing rides back unaccounted for.
Replaces: he-said-she-said credits · returns that vanish on the truck

04 · On the record
Delivered. Signed, timed, and filed.
The moment a stop closes, the office has it: signed by name, the temperature, what was accepted, and any return already filed with its own reference. The proof of delivery, the photos, and the signature are archived with the stop and retrievable later.
Replaces: paperwork that reaches the office days later, if at all

The old way, and the one system that ends it.
The old way
- A printed manifest, and a call for the next stop.
- A paper ticket, signed and maybe lost.
- “It showed up warm,” nothing to check.
- A damage credit argued from memory.
With Vona
- The whole load on the driver's phone.
- On-glass signature, temperature, receiver name.
- A damaged line photographed at the door.
- The return filed before the truck pulls away.
