Warehouse & Inventory

Warehouse staff stock and pick from a phone at the rack, scanning each lot so the right product leaves the building. Every case shows its cooler and its count, and the office watches the floor without walking it.
01 · Inventory
Every case, its cooler, its count.
Every item shows its cooler location and its on-hand, available, and reserved counts, with in-stock, low-stock, and out-of-stock called out up top. It only appears here after it passes QC, so what the screen says is what is on the floor.
Replaces: a count that lives in someone's head · stock you cannot find

02 · Stocking
Stock it at the rack. Labels printed.
Warehouse staff stock from a phone at the rack: pallets, cases per layer, and layers, so the count builds itself and flags a mismatch against what was expected. Each pallet gets a lot and a printed barcode label, tied to its cooler zone, traceable from the moment it lands.
Replaces: stocking blind · pallets nobody can trace

03 · Picking
Picked and scanned. Zero discrepancies.
A picker claims the order on a phone and scans each lot as it is pulled, so the right lot leaves the building. The screen totals what was picked, what matched, and any discrepancy, and nothing moves to loading until it is reviewed and clean.
Replaces: picking off a paper sheet · the wrong lot out the door

04 · The office
The floor on a phone, the office at the desk.
The same picking runs on the warehouse phone and on the office desktop. Back at the desk, today's progress and every order's status are right there, so the office sees the floor without walking it or making a call.
Replaces: walking the floor to ask “is it picked yet?”
