01 · Inventory

02 · Stocking

Stock it at the rack. Labels printed.

Warehouse staff stock from a phone at the rack: pallets, cases per layer, and layers, so the count builds itself and flags a mismatch against what was expected. Each pallet gets a lot and a printed barcode label, tied to its cooler zone, traceable from the moment it lands.

03 · Picking

Scan-verified picking.

Pickers scan the pallet they take, and Vona checks it's the right product. The screen totals what was picked, what matched, and any discrepancy, and nothing moves to loading until it is reviewed and clean.

04 · The office

The same picking runs on the warehouse phone and on the office desktop. Back at the desk, today's progress and every order's status are right there, so the office sees the floor without walking it or making a call.
